Once upon a time in Mexico, I went into the desert searching for climbing. I found a lot. Some were great, some were terrible. I walked deeper into the forest of cat claws and cactus, scrambling over the blistering hot boulders and listening to Cancion del Mariachi through my headphones. All the while carrying the ominous thought that "Jesus Christ, I could die out here and no one would ever find me."
